Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. (and select international destinations if you’d like to add this). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Cleve Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
