Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted

• Return costs are covered by the customer
• Follow the instructions on our Returns Portal

• Use the provided label to return your item/s

• Returned items must be in perfect condition with original labels. If labels are removed, we will not be able to accept your return

• Once delivered your return will be quality checked

• Once the product/s are approved we will notify you and process your exchange or refund. (Original shipping costs not refunded)

• Allow up to 7 days for processing
